About Us

We design secure, practical civic technology for developing countries — from road naming and house numbering to ward-level digital identity, QR-driven services, and offline-first deployments.

Who we are

Who we are

CSITech.ai builds practical, secure, mobile-first digital systems for local governments in developing countries.
Our team works in the field naming roads, numbering houses, deploying traffic safety, and connecting neighborhoods to digital IDs, QR services, and public diaries. We focus on solutions that are low-cost, offline-friendly, and ready for wards to run on day one.

CEO

Dr. Subedi is a computer networking and cybersecurity expert with more than 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cyber defense, and smart city innovation. He teaches at ECPI University, where he develops and modernizes cybersecurity curricula aligned with industry and global standards (NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82/53), and mentors the next generation of security professionals.

He is the founder of a Cybersecurity Awareness Program that helps communities, schools, and organizations understand digital safety, secure practices, and resilience against modern cyber threats. His work bridges education and real-world application making advanced concepts practical for students and local governments alike.

Dr. Subedi previously contributed to NASA space flight missions, supporting mission-critical systems with secure network infrastructure and advanced monitoring. This background in aerospace-grade reliability now informs his civic software designs, ensuring that local government solutions are not only affordable but also robust and trustworthy.

Through CSITech.ai and the Kalika4 initiative in Kalika Municipality Ward Number 4 Padampur, Chitwan, Nepal, Dr. Subedi has directed projects that integrate physical and digital infrastructure: road naming, house numbering, STOP signs, zebra crossings, ward-level digital IDs with QR codes, and offline-first notice board systems. These solutions demonstrate how technology can enhance safety, create jobs, and strengthen governance in developing countries.

His mission is to combine cybersecurity, education, and smart urban development into scalable models that empower local wards and municipalities worldwide.
